I've taken St. John's Wort in the past to help me manage my moods and take care of my mental health, and I remembered being pretty happy with the results, so I was excited to try this product. (Life's been a little more stressful than I'd like lately, and I've been looking into natural options that might help take the edge off a little.) That said, I'm really happy with my experience so far. For starters, you get a really generous 5-month supply for your buck here, and you only need one capsule a day, so the product is definitely value-conscious. It also works really well. It's not a magic happy pill or anything, but it's definitely been helping me keep my moods more stable and making it easier to stay out of negative thought loops that lead to that "I'm so stressed" feeling I hate. In other words, this product is fantastic. I'm really happy I tried it and will definitely keep taking it. It's made it a lot easier to stay productive and cope with all of life's little ups and downs lately.

I am more than satisfied with this St. John’s Wort Supplement. I have taken St Johns Wort off and on for two decades, usually around the Winter season, to counteract the general malaise of the shorter, grayer and colder days. Basically, I find St Johns Wort effective in counteracting mild symptoms of Seasonal Depression. And this supplement is particularly effective. These vegan capsules are easy to swallow with no taste. The herbal powder contained within is visible and is of a relatively dark appearance, usually signifying a decent quality St Johns Wort crop. And the effects are every bit what I had hoped for! I have a generally more positive disposition with an inherent rise in motivation and perhaps, on a more spiritual level, an overall rise in my electromagnetic frequency. I highly recommend this supplement!

I really like what I perceive to be very positive effects from this St. John's Wort supplement. Maybe it's placebo effect, but I don't think so. Before taking this supplement, I felt anxious, stressed out, sometimes overly worried or angry about little things that I knew were too little to get very worked up about. I still need more sleep, but these high quality supplements have helped my mental health. They're well worth the money...
