Calming to Take Before Sleep

No strong taste or smell as these are capsules but I love the sleep I get after I take them. They come with a lot as well.

Highly Concentrated!

I use valerian root as part of my pre-bed supplement regimen to promote better sleep. Valerian root has a very long history in the supplement world for helping to promote restful sleep. I like that it's a highly concentrated extract of Valerian Root. One capsule has the same amount of Valerian root as 3 capsules of my old standard product. Plus it's made in the USA under GMP. I have no idea where my old product is manufactured or if it's made under GMP. It's also a good value when you consider that 1 capsule is equal to 3 of my previous standard product. I plan on making this my new standard Valerian root supplement.

Extra Strength Valerian

I was happy to receive this extra strength valerian root product. I appreciate that there is a four month supply in one bottle to cut down the need to reorder so often. This is a wonderful vitamin to work into my night time routine and it causes so side effects to me.
