This is a good ginger root supplement. It is extracted from organic ginger root at 20:1 ratio, standardized to 5% gingerols. Each capsule contains 300mg of the extract, which is equivalent to 6000mg of whole ginger root. The suggested use is to take 1 capsule daily with food. The capsules are pretty easy to swallow.
