Works wonderfully for me

This helps my digestion hugely. I use various digestive aids, this is the one I don't want to miss. I've used other DGL's, and while I like the chewables, this works best. I don't need it every meal, one meal a day is enough to keep things moving smoothly. I usually take it at breakfast or maybe lunch if I forget breakfast. If I'm feeling kinda stuffed or uncomfortable, I take it then, too & it helps. I notice days when i forget it, that's the real tell for me.

This helped my acid reflux after a few days.

Having acid reflux/ GERD for many years,I have tried many supplements to relieve it. I honestly felt a difference after one day when I took this. After almost a month taking DGL I have only had a few time that I ate a tums. I feel that this helped immensely and recommend it to any one trying to find relief from acid reflux. I’ve even slept without my wedge pillow which helps my low back pain in the mornings. This supplement has helped me and it is inexpensive enough to just try it if you have doubts, which I did before I tried it!

Good Digestive Support

I have had Heartburn issues and for the longest time tried finding an alternative to medicines, well i think i found it! This has good digestive support especially after spaghetti or some spicy foods. No side effects, and no taste really because you swallow these. The ingredients are Organic and for the value i would say it is a win win.
