It really works. I started getting blood flow back in my fingers and toes, hair regrowing on my legs that had been mostly bald, and the female equivalent of morning wood. I was getting short of breath just lifting things at work or taking out trash bags and after this I was able to bound up and down flights of stairs two at a time - which I hadn't done for at least a decade. But more importantly, I'll work on my feet and feel foggy and like I'm not getting enough blood to my head and it was becoming an issue even though I'm not doing anything that complicated it was getting pretty bad but this brought me back to normal. I'd recently quit vaping after five or six years and had smoked for two decades before that and that helped a little but this stuff is what made me feel like I was in my twenties again. I'd decided to try it because I was eating beets and spinach medicinally for the nitrates but still struggling to be consistent with my diet. This is great if you struggle to stick to eating better.
